Washington Post Calls For Prompt Senate Vote On The Leahy E-Mail Privacy Bill --

Senator Leahy’s email privacy bill, updating and reforming the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, or ECPA, has been approved again this year by the Judiciary Committee, which Leahy chairs.  Leahy’s bill, cosponsored by Sen.
