Senator Leahy's Opening Remarks to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson
On March 16, 2011, the Senate Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment and Related Agencies held a hearing on the FY 2012 budget proposal for the Environmental Protection Agency.
