Coronavirus Recovery Resources for Individuals
Beware of Scams
Because of widespread spread scams across the nation, this resource guide will only refer to government websites. Learn more about scams related to the coronavirus here:

Always fact check information you read or hear about the coronavirus and relief efforts. Scammers, and sometimes well-meaning people, share information that hasn’t been verified. Before you pass on any messages, contact trusted sources. You can learn more about the federal response from verified links to federal agency responses here:

Sometimes information about government relief measures and coronavirus public health measures will be reported through rumors, social media or the press before they will be posted on an official government website. My office always recommends double checking that information with a valid local, state or federal website.
